The P3ProSwing Customer Support site is an entirely separate utility from the P3ProSwing site.   Thus you need to have an account there.  When you first email either tech@p3proswing.com or sales@p3proswing.com an account is created for you, but no password is setup.   You cannot login to the site without a password.  Thus, to finish the account creation (so you can login), you need to create a password.  You simply need to use the 'forgot password' link so it will send you an email to reset your password.   Once you create a password, you can then login to see your ticket status and such.

 

You cannot setup a new account because your email is already in use by the system.   


You can still use all links and view all solutions without an account.  The account is simply to view the status of your tickets.
