This happens because the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 is not installed.   This is required for the ProGolf application and is normally installed through the All-in-One installer or DVD distribution of the software.

In order to install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, you must have all Windows Updates completed on your system.

Here is the link to download the installer for that software.   Regardless of your computer bit type, you want the vc_redist.x86.exe of this application as our software runs in 32 bit mode.
