The cage for the Champion unit is 8' 9" tall, so you will need a slightly taller ceiling height than 9' to be able to assemble your Champions golf simulator. There are workarounds of course, so if yours is going to be a tight fit, give us a call at 877-737-7646 or 1-207-824-7411. More than likely we can help you make it fit. We've assembled hundreds of cages, and have seen it all.
Keep in mind though, the optimal height for swinging a golf club is around 9' 3". So you really don't want a ceiling height that's too low because with your first swing, you'll poke a nice big hole in your ceiling.
